As an AWS Solution Architect - Senior Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving digital transformation and enhancing business performance through innovative software solutions. Within our Software and Product Innovation practice, you will focus on developing applications that revolutionize industries and deliver exceptional user experiences. As a Senior Manager, you will leverage your skills and network to deliver quality results, motivating and coaching teams to solve complex problems. You will apply sound judgment, recognizing when to take action and when to escalate, while fostering high-performing, diverse, and inclusive teams.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center Mexico, you will craft and convey impactful messages that tell a holistic story, applying systems thinking to identify underlying problems and opportunities. You will validate outcomes with clients, share alternative perspectives, and act on client feedback. Your ability to direct teams through complexity, demonstrating composure in challenging situations, will contribute to the success of our firm. This position offers the chance to deepen your skills with a focus on staying relevant, initiating open and honest coaching conversations, and making decisions to resolve issues hindering team effectiveness.

Responsibilities

- Leading the design and development of innovative software solutions to drive digital transformation and enhance business performance
- Managing and guiding teams in the implementation of AWS native development and testing strategies
- Applying advanced knowledge in programming languages such as Java, Python, and C++ to create and optimize software applications
- Overseeing the integration of enterprise application architecture and microservices to improve system functionality
- Collaborating with clients to validate outcomes and incorporate feedback into software development processes
- Directing the team through complex challenges, maintaining composure in ambiguous and uncertain situations
- Promoting the use of continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD) methodologies to streamline software development lifecycles
- Crafting and conveying clear, impactful messages that tell a holistic story to stakeholders
- Initiating open and honest coaching conversations to develop high-performing, diverse, and inclusive teams
- Utilizing analytical thinking and strategic questioning to identify and address underlying problems and opportunities

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 6 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
