Job Summary
Oceans Code Experts is looking for a Project Manager specialized in CRM Platforms to join our team. This role involves managing enterprise IT projects, working within formal PMO governance, and collaborating with distributed delivery teams.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage project scope, schedule, budget, and risk effectively
- Operate within formal PMO governance and delivery models
- Utilize PMO and ITSM tooling such as ServiceNow PPM, Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar
- Collaborate with vendors and distributed / GDC delivery teams
- Communicate with stakeholders and provide executive-level reporting
Job Requirements
- 5–8 years of project management experience in an enterprise IT environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Technology, Business, or related discipline
- Strong enterprise project management and PMO delivery expertise
- Experience in managing scope, schedule, budget, and risk
- Experience with PMO and ITSM tooling
- Experience working with vendors and distributed / GDC delivery teams
- Strong stakeholder communication and executive-level reporting skills
- Advanced English proficiency, written and spoken
Nice to Have
- Previous experience with CRM Platforms
- Certifications in project management (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, etc.)
