Axiom ControlView (GSD) Developer

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Axiom ControlView Developer to join our dynamic Legal and Regulatory reporting team. In this role, you will be the technical expert responsible for the end-to-end development, configuration, and maintenance of our critical Axiom applications, with a primary focus on the Global Shareholding Disclosure (GSD) module. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the accuracy and timely submission of regulatory reports by translating business requirements into robust technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, configure, and maintain custom modules and applications within the Axiom ControlView platform.
• Possess deep, hands-on expertise in the Global Shareholding Disclosure (GSD) module to meet complex regulatory requirements.
• Implement and optimize Axiom components including Data Sources, Aggregations, Portfolios, and Tabular/Free-form Reports.
• Design, write, and optimize complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and ETL processes to support data loads and calculations.
• Act as a Full-Stack DevOps engineer for the Axiom platform, managing migrations, version control, and deployments across environments.
• Collaborate directly with business stakeholders and regulatory reporting teams to gather requirements and articulate technical solutions.
• Lead end-to-end testing cycles, performing unit testing, supporting SIT/UAT, and troubleshooting issues like failed edit checks and data variances.
• Establish robust analysis and troubleshooting protocols to swiftly resolve production issues and ensure system stability.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum of 8 years of hands-on experience in developing, configuring, and supporting Axiom ControlView applications.
• Proven, project-based experience with the Global Shareholding Disclosure (GSD) module is a mandatory requirement.
• Expert-level proficiency in SQL, with extensive experience writing complex queries, stored procedures, and optimizing ETL processes.
• Demonstrated experience with the full Axiom project lifecycle, including data model design, workflow creation, and report development.
• Solid understanding of DevOps principles as applied to Axiom, including environment migration and version control.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical and data-related issues.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain intricate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• A self-driven, proactive attitude with the ability to own and drive solutions independently.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in the Banking or Financial Services sector with an understanding of Legal and Regulatory reporting.
• Familiarity with other Axiom modules beyond GSD.
• Formal certifications in Axiom ControlView or related technologies
