Are you an experienced HR professional who thrives at the intersection of people, business performance and continuous improvement? As our new HR Business Partner, you will partner with our leaders and management teams across the organization to strengthen business performance, leadership effectiveness and employee experience. Combining strategic HR partnership with operational execution, you will support business performance, culture and governance across the organization.
You will join a highly engaged HR team of six colleagues in Taastrup. Working in an international and evolving organization, you will have the opportunity to influence both strategic and operational HR initiatives (approx. 30/70) while supporting your own business area. In addition to supporting a dedicated business area, you will own and further develop a dedicated HR discipline, such as performance and talent management.
As an HR Business Partner your key responsibilities include:
Partnering with leaders on workforce planning, organizational design and change initiatives
Advising leaders on employment law, employee relations matters and HR policies
Driving a culture of accountability, performance and compliance across the organization
Leading and supporting Culture & Conduct initiatives, helping leaders translate company values into everyday behaviors
Analyzing workforce data, people metrics and engagement insights to support decision-making
Ensuring consistent implementation of HR policies, processes and annual people cycles
Collaborating with HR colleagues on cross-functional HR initiatives and continuous improvement efforts
Analytical HR professional with strong business understanding
You thrive in an environment where business performance, people development and governance go hand in hand. You are proactive and analytical and comfortable navigating both strategic and operational HR topics. By combining strong business understanding with solid HR expertise, you build trusted relationships and support leaders in making informed people decisions.
Moreover, we imagine that you:
Have 3-5 years of solid experience as an HR Business Partner within a complex and international organization
Hold a bachelor's or master's degree within Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field
Bring experience with organizational development, talent management and change initiatives
Possess strong knowledge of Danish employment law and HR governance
Demonstrate a high degree of integrity, sound judgement and professional maturity
Are confident working with HR data, KPIs and workforce insights
Communicate clearly and professionally in Danish and English
