RISE provides services for people with disabilities including residential settings, day programs, employment assistance, managed care, and hourly supports.

We are hiring Parent(s) as Paid Caregiver (PPCG) to provide direct support to people and/or their families, and as needed in their own homes through the implementation of the RISE Mission, Vision and Values and in compliance with all regulations and policies related to “Home and Community Based Services.” Support may be provided on an hourly or daily basis.
