Azure/AI Architect
Summary
An AI Architect leads technical design of a billing modernization program for a technology client: rebuilding a legacy on-premises billing app with AI-assisted development, finishing an AI agent that reads usage reports from email, and migrating it to Azure. Core stack: Azure OpenAI, App Service/Functions, Azure SQL, Azure DevOps.

- Set up and guide AI-assisted development tools for the rebuild and review the code they produce.
- Design the Azure environment, including security, networking, data and deployment, and get it signed off.
- Plan and run the migration from on premises to Azure, along with system integration testing (SIT) on Azure.
- Support user acceptance testing (UAT), the production deployment and three months of parallel production.
- Write the architecture documents and runbooks and hand over to the support team.
