Who we are
Kodiak Hub is a growth venture offering SaaS solutions engineered to revolutionize Supplier Relationship Management (SRM). We are building the next generation of B2B SaaS, based on business intelligence, automation, big data analytics, and machine learning technology, creating a blueprint of how companies optimize their interaction and collaboration with suppliers. Join us and help us change the way companies operate in their global supply chains!
The role
We're a SaaS company built primarily on the Microsoft stack (Azure, .NET), with a small footprint in AWS. We're looking for an experienced engineer to take ownership of our cloud platform - from infrastructure as code, through CI/CD pipelines, to the security of our production environments. This is a role with real autonomy and real impact.
We're also expanding our use of AI in the product - mainly LLM-based capabilities on Azure (AI Foundry / Azure OpenAI). Part of this role will be designing and building the infrastructure behind it, so there's plenty of room to grow in that direction.
Role & Responsibilities
Develop and maintain our Azure infrastructure with Terraform (IaC as the standard, not the exception)
Operate and scale our SaaS production environments
Drive security practices: Microsoft Defender for Cloud, Azure Policy, Key Vault, identity management (Entra ID), pipeline scanning (DevSecOps)
Own monitoring, alerting, and observability (Azure Monitor, Application Insights, Log Analytics)
Optimize cloud costs
Build the infrastructure for our AI/LLM features: Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI
Design and optimize CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps
Co-create engineering standards: documentation, runbooks
Work effectively with the development team across design, implementation, testing, and documentation
To be the perfect candidate, you need to be an engineer with a strong sense of ownership and the ability to take decisions, drive initiatives, and get things done - from idea to production, without hand-holding.
Requirements:
5+ years' experience in DevOps / Cloud / Platform Engineer roles
Solid, hands-on Terraform
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Azure (compute, networking, storage, IAM)
Practical knowledge of Azure networking (VNets, NSGs, Private Endpoints, DNS) and cloud network security
Experience with Azure DevOps (YAML pipelines, repos, artifacts)
Practical security mindset: least privilege, secrets management, environment hardening, compliance basics
Experience running infrastructure for .NET applications and SQL Server / Azure SQL
Scripting: PowerShell or Python/Bash
Very good verbal and written English
It can be love at first sight if you also have:
Experience with (or a strong drive towards) AI: Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI, LLM integrations, RAG, prompt/context engineering
Experience with container technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
