Azure CloudOps Engineer
We are looking for a CloudOps Engineer to join an international technology team responsible for supporting and operating business-critical applications hosted on Microsoft Azure. This role is ideal for a hands-on professional with strong operational expertise, a proactive mindset, and a passion for reliability, automation, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the smooth operation, reliability, and availability of Azure-hosted applications.
- Integrate and onboard new applications into the Azure environment.
- Provide N2/N3 support, including incident management, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis.
- Monitor application health and performance using observability and monitoring tools.
- Manage releases, patching activities, and maintenance operations.
- Contribute to the scalability, resilience, and performance optimization of cloud services.
- Support automation initiatives through CI/CD pipelines, scripting, and Infrastructure as Code practices.
- Participate in SLA/SLO monitoring, operational reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Proven experience operating and supporting applications in Microsoft Azure environments.
- Strong knowledge of Azure App Services, Azure Functions, Azure SQL, Storage Accounts, and Key Vault.
- Experience with monitoring and observability platforms such as Dynatrace, Splunk, or SolarWinds.
- Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, and CI/CD practices.
- Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform, Bicep, or ARM Templates.
- Experience with scripting languages such as PowerShell, Bash, or Python.
- Familiarity with DevOps/GitOps practices and deployment pipelines.
- Strong experience in incident management, production support, and advanced troubleshooting.
- Professional proficiency in English; French is a plus.
