Azure Data Engineer — AI Pipelines, Hybrid (Italy)

Datacolor is hiring a Data Engineer in a hybrid role based in Reggio Emilia, Italy. You will design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines and databases on Azure, collaborating with product teams to enable AI-driven data products and analytics.

The role requires strong SQL and C#/.NET skills, experience with Azure Data Factory, Cosmos DB, and Azure ML, and fluency in English. Flexible work hours and remote days up to 3 per week are offered.

Design, build, and maintain efficient, reliable, and scalable data pipelines. Architect and maintain relational and non-relational databases in Azure. Create and manage Azure resources for data transfer, storage and processing. Build data workflows with Azure Data Factory and support AI initiatives. Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines and ETL/ELT processes. Architect, implement, and maintain relational and non-relational database structures in Azure. Prepare and structure data to support AI initiatives and data science workflows. Familiarity with Azure ML and cognitive services, and reporting with Power BI.
