Azure Data Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Azure Data Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cloud data engineering, particularly with Microsoft Azure technologies. As an Azure Data Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining data solutions that support our business objectives. You will work closely with data scientists, analysts, and other stakeholders to ensure that data is accessible, reliable, and secure. Key Responsibilities: - Design and develop data pipelines using Azure Data Factory (ADF) and Azure Databricks. - Implement data storage solutions using Azure Data Lake Storage (ADLS) and SQL databases. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. - Optimize data processing workflows for performance and scalability. - Monitor and troubleshoot data pipeline issues to ensure data integrity and availability. - Utilize scripting languages such as Python and PowerShell for automation and data manipulation. - Stay updated with the latest Azure technologies and best practices in data engineering. Required Skills: - Proficiency in Azure Data Engineering tools and services, including Azure Data Factory, Azure Databricks, and Azure Synapse. - Strong programming skills in Python and experience with SQL. - Familiarity with cloud computing concepts and services, particularly within the Microsoft Azure ecosystem. - Experience with data storage solutions such as Azure Data Lake Storage (ADLS). - Knowledge of scripting languages like PowerShell and Bash. - Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
