Job Title: Azure Data Engineer
Work Setup: Hybrid (2 days WFH, 3 days onsite - Quezon City)
Shift: Night Shift
We are looking for a highly skilled Azure Data Engineer to design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines that support data-driven decision-making. This role is ideal for experienced professionals with a strong background in cloud-based data engineering and modern ETL frameworks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and optimize data pipelines and ETL processes using Microsoft Azure services such as Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse, and Azure Databricks.
- Manage and maintain data storage solutions including Azure Data Lake and Azure Blob Storage.
- Collaborate with data scientists, analysts, and stakeholders to deliver reliable and high-quality data solutions.
- Ensure data integrity, quality, and performance through validation and monitoring processes.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines and maintain version control for data engineering workflows.
- Troubleshoot and resolve data pipeline issues to ensure seamless operations.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and continuously improve data architecture.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in data engineering and ETL processes.
- Strong expertise in Azure data services, SQL, and big data technologies (Spark/PySpark).
- Proficiency in Python or similar programming languages.
- Experience with CI/CD, Git, and Azure DevOps.
