Azure Data Engineering Lead — Delivery & Mentorship

Ascendion is seeking an experienced Delivery Lead to manage the end‑to‑end delivery of Database Replication initiatives on Azure Fabric / One Lake. This role blends a strong data background with delivery ownership, team leadership, and stakeholder management.

You will coordinate DevOps, QA, Architecture and Release Engineering, mentor data engineering teams, manage RAID risks, and report progress to senior stakeholders while driving delivery quality and commercialization timelines.
