We're partnering with a leading enterprise organisation to secure several experienced Azure DevOps Engineers for a major security and platform modernisation initiative. This is an excellent opportunity to work on impactful projects focused on DevSecOps, CI/CD optimisation, and next-generation AI-enabled development practices.
We're hiring multiple contractors, including the possibility of a Lead Azure DevOps Engineer.
What You'll Be Doing
- Designing, building, and enhancing Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines
- Driving DevSecOps best practices across development teams
- Implementing and integrating code security scanning solutions
- Supporting AI-assisted code quality and security initiatives
- Automating deployment, testing, and release processes
- Collaborating closely with engineering, security, and delivery stakeholders
- Identifying opportunities to improve platform reliability, security, and developer experience
What We're Looking For
- Strong commercial experience with Azure DevOps
- Proven expertise in CI/CD pipeline design and implementation
- Solid Python scripting and automation skills
- Experience working within DevSecOps environments
- Hands-on experience with security and code scanning tools such as:
- Snyk
- mDash
- Microsoft AI-powered code scanning/security solutions
- Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Previous experience working in large-scale enterprise environments

- Technical leadership experience
- Experience mentoring engineers or leading delivery teams
- Background in application security, vulnerability management, or secure software development
- Exposure to AI-assisted software engineering tools and practices
