Summary
CGI is hiring an Azure DevOps Engineer in Hyderabad (5–10 yrs experience) to design and run enterprise CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, GitHub Enterprise/GitHub Actions, Terraform and Helm, plus security-scan integrations. Platform engineering exposure and agile (SAFe/Kanban/Scrum) ways of working are preferred.
Role & responsibilities
- Strong hands-on experience with Azure DevOps (ADO).
- Architect best practices of GitHub
- Design and implement GitHub solutions (repo management, pipelines etc.) with GitHub Enterprise and GitHub actions
- Good in Terraforms and Helm charts
- Integrations with Security Scans and other third parties
- Deep understanding of DevOps principles, methodologies, and tools.
- Experience designing and managing enterprise CI/CD pipelines.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred candidate profile
- Bachelors in computer science, Computer Engineering or related field
- Exposure to Platform Engineering and developer productivity tools.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Document and showcase feature designs/workflows.
- Participate in team meetings and discussions around product development.
- Stay up to date on industry’s latest trends.
- Comfortable communicating with teams via showcases/demos.
- Agile Development Methodologies (e.g. SAFe, Kanban, Scrum).
