Azure DevOps Engineer
Summary
Senior Azure DevOps Engineer in Kraków owning cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions), Kubernetes/AKS environments, and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform) for a growing SaaS platform at the intersection of FinTech and subscription technology.
We are looking for a Senior Azure DevOps Engineer to join a growing technology organisation developing a SaaS platform, based in Cracow.
This is a hands-on role combining Azure cloud engineering, DevOps, infrastructure automation and platform ownership. You will work closely with engineering teams to improve cloud infrastructure, CI/CD, Kubernetes environments and operational reliability.
Key responsibilities:
- Design, build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions and Azure tooling
- Manage Azure infrastructure and cloud operations, including security, policies and governance
- Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code using Terraform
- Support and expand Kubernetes workloads on Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS)
- Improve monitoring, reliability, troubleshooting and production support processes
- Automate infrastructure and operational processes, including opportunities to leverage AI-driven automation
- Work closely with developers on deployments, platform improvements and technical issues
- Take ownership of projects end-to-end, from design and implementation through to ongoing maintenance
- Contribute to the evolution of DevOps and cloud engineering standards
What we are looking for:
- 5+ years' experience in DevOps, Cloud Operations or Platform Engineering
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure
- Solid experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines
- Practical experience with GitHub and GitHub Actions
- Strong Terraform / Infrastructure as Code skills
- Commercial experience with Kubernetes and AKS
- Strong operational mindset, with experience in monitoring, troubleshooting and production environments
- Ability to work independently and take ownership in a broad, fast-moving environment
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
Nice to have:
- Experience working with .NET environments
- Exposure to AI automation or AI-enabled engineering tools
- Experience supporting cloud migration projects
- Experience in a smaller or rapidly growing technology environment
