DevOps engineer role centered on designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines with Azure DevOps, automating infrastructure with Terraform/ARM/Bicep, and running containerized apps on AKS. Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps.
- Automate build, release, deployment, and infrastructure provisioning processes.
- Manage and optimize Azure cloud infrastructure, ensuring scalability, security, and reliability.
- Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform, ARM Templates, or Bicep.
- Configure and manage containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes (AKS).
- Monitor application and infrastructure performance using Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, and Application Insights.
- Implement security best practices, access controls, and compliance requirements across cloud environments.
- Collaborate with development, QA, and operations teams to streamline software delivery.
- Troubleshoot and resolve deployment, infrastructure, and performance-related issues.
- Maintain documentation for deployment processes, architecture, and operational procedures.
Required Skills
- Strong experience with Azure DevOps Services.
- Hands-on expertise in Azure Cloud Platform.
- Experience building and managing CI/CD Pipelines.
- Proficiency in Terraform, ARM Templates, or Bicep.
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes (AKS).
- Knowledge of Git, GitHub, Azure Repos, and branching strategies.
- Experience with scripting languages such as PowerShell, Bash, or Python.
- Exposure to monitoring tools such as Azure Monitor, Application Insights, and Log Analytics.
- Understanding of networking, security, identity management, and cloud governance.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills
- Azure DevOps Engineer Expert Certification.
- Experience with GitHub Actions.
- Knowledge of DevSecOps practices and security automation.
- Experience with multi-cloud environments (AWS/Azure).
- Exposure to microservices architecture.
