Azure Full Stack Developer (Senior Consultant)
Summary
This Senior Consultant role involves designing and developing enterprise-scale Azure cloud-native applications using C#, .NET, and front-end frameworks like Blazor or React. The developer will work directly with clients to map business processes, mentor junior staff, and implement microservices and REST APIs.
We are growing our consulting team and looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer (Senior Consultant) to join us on our exciting journey and be part of the Hitachi Solutions family.
As an Azure Architect, you will be part of the Azure Cloud Solutions capability and you will lead the design of enterprise scale Azure platforms for our customers. You will work on client facing projects and you will contribute towards the strategic direction of this team.
Key Responsibilities
• Design and develop Azure cloud native applications
• Build modern front ends in Blazor or React
• Develop and integrate REST APIs and microservices
• Capture requirements and map customer business processes
• Mentor and guide junior team members
• Work using agile methodologies and ALM techniques
• Contribute to design, estimation and technical documentation
• Work internationally with colleagues from across Europe
Key Qualifications
• Demonstrable development experience on Azure cloud native applications
• Security Cleared (GOV UK) or eligible for SC clearance
• Experience defining, documenting and delivering application designs
• Experience mentoring less experienced developers
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Confident in client facing and consulting situations
• Good written and spoken English
• Holding or working towards AZ-900 and AZ-204

• SQL Server and Cosmos DB
• Git and CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps)
• Design patterns, dependency injection and microservices
• Bicep or Terraform desirable
• Docker and Kubernetes (AKS) desirable
• Unit testing (xUnit/NUnit) and Moq desirable
• Mobile development with .NET MAUI desirable
• GitHub Copilot and modern developer tooling desirable
