Azure Platform Architect

You will be responsible for:

• Leading and supporting implementation teams by offering technical expertise in analytics and data processing to align architecture with business needs
• Overseeing Azure Platform Engineering including but not limited to:
  • building Azure Infrastructure using Terraform
  • building Azure CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps/Github Actions
  • migrating applications (code & data)
  • implementing new coding standards
• Building relationship with the clients
• Leading small to medium migration efforts
• Advising clients and proposing improvements (direct contact with strategic stakeholders)

What you will need:

• Minimum 8+ years of experience in the Azure / Cloud area,
• Knowledge of Infrastructure as a Code principles (Terraform preferred, but Azure ARM or Bicep is fine),
• Good understanding of Azure as a platform,
• Azure DevOps/Github at least intermediate level,
• Previous experience in Data&Analytics area,
• Hands-on knowledge of the following data services and technologies in Azure: Databricks, Data Lake, Azure Data Factory, Azure SQL,
• Experience in leading projects for international clients,
• Proactive approach and goal-oriented, problem-solving skills,
• Willingness to learn and openness to new challenges,
• Proven experience serving as a trusted advisor to clients, with the ability to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions,
• Strong communication and presentation skills for engaging with customers, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams,
• Ability to assess customer requirements and recommend customized solutions that align with their strategic goals,
• Very good knowledge of English with the ability to speak but also explain and simplify technical topics for the business.
