Azure Solutions Architect

A Solutions Architect will be responsible for designing the end-to-end cloud based (Azure) solution architecture of the applications and data products. This includes collaborating with product managers, product owners, other solution architects, data modelers, business intelligence developers and data engineers from different data product and cross-functional teams.

You will be responsible for:

• Designing reference architecture and reusable components to optimize time to market the products.
• Leading and supporting implementation teams by offering technical expertise in analytics and data processing to align architecture with business needs
• Collaborating with architecture and infrastructure platform teams to implement governance strategies and policies,
• Serving as a senior trusted advisor to the stakeholders on digital enablement strategy,
• Providing functional leadership and direction to Solution Engineer roles, setting standards for effective corporate technology partnering.
• Establishing and reinforce best practices, templates, and ways of working for sustainability enablement.

What you will need:

• 8+ years of solution engineer experience in Azure solutions focusing on cross-platform Data and Analytics solutions,
• Experience with organizing cloud resources, applying governance policies, and enforcing compliance requirements,
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in designing, development, testing and deployments of complex data pipelines in modern data platform using Databricks, Spark, Python, Azure Data Factory, ADLS Gen 2 for data ingestion, data integration and data consumption,
• Understanding of digital platforms, data pipelines, and analytics in an enterprise environment,
• Experience in system integration lifecycle including system design and deployment, systems integration, data migration, and data model design,
• Proven track record leading complex, cross‑functional initiatives without formal line authority,
• Analytical mindset with attention to data quality, controls, and traceability.
• Proven experience serving as a trusted advisor to clients, with the ability to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions,
• Strong communication and presentation skills for engaging with customers, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams,
• Ability to assess customer requirements and recommend customized solutions that align with their strategic goals,
• Very good knowledge of English with the ability to speak but also explain and simplify technical topics for the business.
