B.Com Finance Interns
Key Responsibilities (Learning-Focused)
- Support
day-to-day finance and accounting activities
- Assist
in financial documentation, data validation, and reporting
- Work
with teams on budgeting, expense tracking, and reconciliations
- Participate
in process improvement and operational finance initiatives
- Conduct
basic research, analysis, and preparation of financial summaries
- Collaborate
across teams to understand how finance supports business decisions
(This role emphasizes learning, ownership, and exposure
rather than prior experience.)

Requirements
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Recent
graduate in B.Com / Finance / Accounting (0–1 year experience)
- Strong
willingness to learn and explore multiple areas of finance
- Proactive,
curious, and comfortable taking initiative
- Good
analytical and numerical skills
- Basic
understanding of accounting and financial concepts
- Working
knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets and PPT is preferred
- Strong
integrity, attention to detail, and professionalism
- Able
to work on-site in a structured, collaborative environment
