- Install landscape enhancements including plants, trees, sod, mulch, and decorative features
- Assist with hardscape projects such as pavers, stone, retaining walls, and drainage systems
- Support irrigation installation and repairs as needed
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and light equipment safely
- Read and follow project plans and directions from Crew Leaders
- Load/unload materials and maintain a clean, organized job site
- Follow all safety procedures and company standards
- Prior experience in landscaping, construction, or outdoor labor preferred
- Experience with hardscape or irrigation installation is a plus
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical labor daily
- Valid driver’s license preferred
