B&I Project Coordinator MEP
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate MEP installation, testing, and commissioning on multiple project sites
- Conduct QA/QC inspections and perform Site Acceptance Tests (SAT) and Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT)
- Ensure compliance with Fire Life Safety, Fire Fighting Systems, and HVAC codes
- Lead and manage MEP technical teams across multiple projects
- Identify and resolve complex MEP technical issues
- Prepare inspection reports, test certificates, and compliance documentation
- Monitor electrical safety assessments and energy audit activities
- Communicate technical findings to project stakeholders
Requirements
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
- Minimum 7 years professional experience on construction project sites
- Proven leadership experience managing teams across multiple sites
Technical Expertise
- In-depth knowledge of MEP systems, QA/QC, and MEP Engineering
- Expertise in Fire Life Safety (FLS), Fire Fighting Systems, and HVAC codes
- Experience with SAT/FAT, electrical safety assessment, and energy audits
- Highly Preferred: Data Center and/or Manufacturing project experience
Certifications (Mandatory)
- SKK (Certificate of Competencies) in Electrical, Mechanical, or Plumbing
Certifications (Highly Preferred)
- AK3 Listrik (Electrical Competency Certificate)
Communication
- Professional fluency in English (written and oral)
