- Perform routine landscape maintenance including mowing, edging, trimming, blowing, and weed control
- Maintain clean, well-kept properties according to company standards
- Operate landscaping equipment such as mowers, trimmers, edgers, and blowers safely
- Assist with seasonal services such as mulching, clean-ups, and plant replacements
- Follow direction from Crew Leaders and complete assigned routes efficiently
- Ensure equipment is properly maintained and job sites are clean upon completion
- Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines
- Previous landscaping or outdoor labor experience preferred, but not required
- Ability to work outdoors in Texas heat and varying weather conditions
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical labor daily
- Valid driver’s license is a plus
