WSP ME team has ambitions to significantly expand our energy team. We are seeking a Proposal Writer & Graphic Designer with core expertise in areas mentioned below.
Role relating to Proposal Writer & Graphic Designer for Advisory team focused on Energy & Generation Sector.
This includes (but not limited to):
Creative Development
Design visually compelling proposals, document covers, presentations, diagrams, infographics, and marketing collateral.
Translate complex technical and strategic content into clear, engaging visuals.
Collaboration & Strategy
Work closely with engineers, proposal managers, and marketing teams to align design outputs with business goals.
Maintain brand consistency across all deliverables and platforms.
Leadership & Project Management
Guide and mentor junior designers, ensuring quality and consistency.
Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting tight deadlines and shifting priorities.
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
Minimum 8 years of professional experience in graphic design, including 2+ years in a lead role.
Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere Pro), including AI-powered features like Adobe Firefly.
Strong experience in motion graphics, video editing, UI/UX, and interactive design.
Excellent communication, creative thinking, and team collaboration skills.
Experience with SharePoint and digital asset management systems is a plus
Self-motivated and eager learner, aptitude to grow and develop within the field.
