📍 Remote (LATAM preferred | 4+ hrs EST overlap) | Full-Time
Love the thrill of cracking cold email deliverability, building high-intent lead lists, and booking real meetings? We’re looking for a sharp, hands-on Cold Email Specialist to own the outbound engine for 10+ client accounts.
Working alongside our Director of Cold Email, your mission is simple: scale qualified positive replies to 30+/week across our portfolio in 90 days.
What You’ll Do:
Infrastructure: Own domain setup, inbox warmup, and 99%+ deliverability.
Data & Copy: Use Apollo & Clay to build laser-targeted lead lists and write short, high-converting cold email sequences.
Execution: Launch, test, and optimize campaigns in EmailBison & Instantly, delivering simple performance updates every Monday.
What We’re Looking For:
3+ years of B2B cold email experience (agency experience managing multi-client accounts preferred).
Deep tech stack mastery: EmailBison, Instantly, Apollo, Clay, and Google/Outlook setups.
Exceptional, native-level written English (C1+).
LATAM-based (or able to maintain 4+ hours daily overlap with EST).
