B2B Growth Specialist
You will drive the strategic growth of a business client portfolio, from Long Tail to Mid Market segments, by optimizing processes and using technology intelligently. You will act as the key link between local operations in Chile and the global HQ, scaling results without increasing resources. You will lead portfolio expansion and client retention, bridge local and global teams, implement automation and AI tools for sales and marketing, monitor key metrics to generate actionable insights, and design innovative prospecting and engagement campaigns that generate new leads and improve client retention.
Responsibilities
- Lead the growth of strategic Long Tail and Mid Market client portfolios
- Act as the operational bridge between the local Chile team and global HQ
- Optimize sales operations processes and implement best practices
- Identify and implement automation and AI tools for sales and marketing
- Monitor key metrics and analyze complex data to generate actionable insights
- Develop innovative prospecting and engagement strategies to generate leads and improve retention
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in Growth, Sales, Operations or Business Analysis roles, preferably in B2B or high-growth environments
- Advanced proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel/Sheets, Salesforce, Tableau or similar) and active Salesforce experience
- Proven ability implementing and managing marketing and sales automation tools (HubSpot, Outreach, Zapier or similar)
- Ability to communicate complex insights clearly to technical and non-technical audiences, locally and globally
- Advanced English, essential for collaboration with the HQ team
