This job is for you if you:

• Have around 3+ years of experience in (B2B) marketing.

• You are currently based in The Netherlands.

• Have experience at a marketing agency, SaaS company, scale-up or another fast-paced environment.

• Have a growth mindset, you give and receive feedback, seek improvement, and you like to test new approaches.

• Don’t just execute, you ask “why” behind the brief and push for better outcomes

• Are confident managing internal and external stakeholders, while turning briefs into clear, actionable plans.

• Take ownership of projects while still collaborating effectively with your team and clients

• Can independently lead a project, client discussions and workshop presentation.

• Hands-on experience in performance marketing, content marketing, demand generation or revenue operations is a plus.
