B2B Sales

Responsibilities:
* Conduct high-volume outbound cold calling to prospective B2B clients and local businesses located exclusively across the United States (USA).
* Target and connect with business owners in both the General American market and the US Hispanic business community.
* Identify digital weaknesses in prospects' current websites or online setups to pitch customized web development, mobile sales apps, and corporate brand music/jingles.
* Execute the full-cycle sales process, moving leads from the initial cold outreach to a signed high-ticket contract.
* Utilize effective objection-handling techniques to navigate gatekeepers (secretaries/assistants) and successfully reach key decision-makers (business owners/managers).
* Maintain accurate records of all outreach activities, call outcomes, and pipeline status.
Requirements:
* Full professional fluency in both English and Spanish is strictly required (100% Bilingual). Must be able to negotiate confidently with native English speakers.
* Physical location in Latin America (including but not limited to Colombia, Venezuela, Peru, Ecuador, and Argentina) with the ability to work remotely during US business hours.
* Proven experience in high-volume cold calling, outbound B2B telemarketing, or high-ticket sales.
* Strong resilience, high energy, and outstanding objection-handling abilities when dealing with business owners.
* High-quality remote workspace infrastructure: a reliable computer, a professional USB headset with noise cancellation, and a high-speed, stable internet connection (Fiber optic preferred).
* Proficiency in using cloud telephony/VoIP tools and basic sales tracking spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets).
