B2Bセールスチームのミッションは、国内の有力・大手レストランブランドの新規獲得を通じて、「Rocket Now」の加盟店ラインナップを強化・拡大することです。クオリティが高く、多くのユーザーに愛される魅力的な飲食店とのパートナーシップを構築し、多様で充実したフード選択肢を提供します。顧客満足度の向上、プラットフォームの市場競争力強化、そして注文数の最大化を牽引し、「Rocket Now」の持続的なビジネス成長に貢献する重要な役割を担います。

主な業務内容

  • パートナーシップ管理と拡大国内の中小規模（SMB）の飲食店パートナー、および新規のフランチャイズやレストラングループとの関係構築・深耕営業を担当します。
  • 市場リサーチとリード獲得外食フランチャイズチェーン、レストラングループ、および市場機会を調査し、潜在的なビジネスパートナーの特定と開拓を行います。
  • ビジネス分析と成長支援定期的なビジネスレビューの実施、パートナーのパフォーマンス分析、データに基づく提案を行い、売上成長、継続率向上、プラットフォームの活用を促進します。
  • オンボーディング支援契約手続き、システム登録、初期トレーニングなど、パートナーのスムーズな導入・立ち上げをサポートします。
  • 経営層・シニアマネージャーへの商談サポート市場リサーチやプレゼンテーション資料の作成を行い、シニアマネージャーが臨む重要なミーティングの事前準備および同席を行います。
  • 市場・競合トレンドのモニタリング市場トレンド、競合動向、業界の最新動向を監視・報告し、チームのビジネス戦略立案をサポートします。
  • CRMデータの管理CRMシステムを活用し、正確なパートナー情報や営業活動の記録を維持・管理します。

The service is currently available mainly in Hokkaido, Tohoku (Sendai), Kanto (Tokyo, Kanagawa, Saitama, Chiba), Chubu (Aichi, Shizuoka), Kansai (Osaka, Kyoto, Hyogo), Hiroshima, and Kyushu (Fukuoka).

Rocket Now won the Excellence Award in the Shopping Category at the Best App Awards 2025.
