B2B Sales Representative

ITU AbsorbTech is looking for a B2B Sales Representative (Direct Apparel & More™) to join our team in New Berlin, WI.

Our Direct Apparel & More division offers one-stop shopping for corporate apparel and promotional products. With in-house embroidery capabilities, we customize apparel with company logos, taglines, and designs to help businesses enhance their brand recognition. Our customers benefit from quick turnaround times on both standard and customized products from well-known brands, including Eddie Bauer, Carhartt, Red Kap, OGIO, The North Face, Port Authority, Champion, Nike, and Brooks Brothers.

In this role, you will:

• Present, promote, and sell products to existing and prospective business customers.

• Generate new business opportunities and schedule appointments through targeted outreach, including phone calls, email campaigns, CRM tools, and other prospecting methods.

• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and update sales, marketing, and branding materials that promote our products.

• Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations for prospective customers.

• Travel throughout the assigned territory to meet with customers, develop relationships, and generate new business.

Schedule: 8:00 am to 4:30pm, hours vary based on travel and business needs. No weekends or holidays.

Location: This position is based onsite in New Berlin, WI, with travel throughout the assigned territory to meet with customers.

Pay: Our compensation package is a combination of salary, commissions and bonuses. Average total compensation at target for the first year is $69,000-$72,000.
