Senior Full-Stack Developer – React Native & Node.js
Location: Brazil — 100% Remote. Contract: B2B / Freelance. Project: Long-term, Full-time. Seniority: Senior. Education: Bachelor’s degree / Higher Education completed. English: B1/B2.
We are looking for a Senior Full-Stack Developer to join a development team responsible for building and evolving a mobile application and its Backend for Frontend (BFF).
What you’ll be doing
- Develop and maintain a mobile application using React Native, TypeScript and Redux/Sagas
- Develop and maintain the BFF using Node.js, NestJS and GraphQL
- Work with GraphQL Federation / Apollo Federation
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, Designers and QA teams to define and deliver new features
- Participate in code reviews, ensuring code quality, consistency and maintainability
- Identify and resolve bugs and performance bottlenecks
- Write unit and automated tests to ensure code quality and reliability
- Contribute to architecture decisions and the evolution of development and code quality practices
- Work according to Agile methodologies and TDD/BDD practices
Technical requirements
- Strong experience with Node.js, TypeScript, React Native and GraphQL
- Solid experience with NestJS
- Experience with AWS Lambda, AWS ECS and Serverless architecture
- Experience with Redis / in-memory caching strategies
- Experience with GraphQL Federation / Apollo Federation and Query Planning
- Experience with Hexagonal Architecture (Ports & Adapters)
- Strong understanding of SOLID principles, particularly ISP (Interface Segregation Principle) and DIP (Dependency Inversion Principle)
- Experience with CI/CD and Git
- Experience with automated testing, particularly Jest, Cucumber and/or Appium
- Knowledge of Mobile Security principles
- Experience working in Agile software development environments
Nice to have
- Experience with native Android and/or iOS development
- Experience with Docker
- Additional experience with AWS
- Good level of English
