Role: Appointment Setter

LOB:Debt Settlement

Work Schedule (EST): 9:00 AM / 10:00 AM / 11:00 AM / 12:00 NN (depending on assignment)
Work Hours: 40 hours per week (including weekends)

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage inbound and outbound leads
• Conduct daily calls and prequalify prospective clients
• Answer inbound calls from qualified prospects
• Set high-quality appointments for the sales advisors

Qualifications:

• Strong communication and phone skills
• Self-motivated, organized, and competitive
• Resilient and able to handle rejection
• Experience in credit or financial campaigns is a plus

• Setup: Dual monitor
