In this role you will be responsible for:
  • Develops and implements multi-channel marketing strategies to effectively promote destinations, hotels, and special campaigns, enhancing engagement with the B2C audience.
  • Identifies and establishes strategic partnerships with relevant brands to enhance brand visibility and strengthen market positioning for Join UP!
  • Ensures consistent brand messaging across franchisees and retail locations, supporting local marketing efforts.
  • Designs digital campaigns to drive store traffic and online conversions, coordinating with Digital Advertising and eCommerce teams.
  • Oversees the creation and optimization of website content, ensuring it effectively attracts, engages, and converts target audiences while accurately communicating the product portfolio.
  • Designs and executes targeted campaigns to increase foot traffic and boost awareness of physical store locations.
  • Develops, manages, and evaluates loyalty and retention campaigns aimed at increasing customer retention and brand loyalty.
  • Monitors and analyzes consumer behavior and campaign performance, leveraging insights to refine and optimize marketing strategies for maximum impact.
  • Competitor analysis and continuous market monitoring.
  • Ensures the presence of printed / produced marketing and branding materials in travel shops
  • Works cross-functionally with key departments to strengthen and maintain a robust online presence.
  • Provides regular performance updates and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
Professional experience and skills:
  • Experience in: traditional marketing/digital marketing/performance marketing/generating leads to physical shops.
