【BA】Business Analyst / 商業分析師 (NB01)

We are a data-driven solutions team specializing in serving the data needs of the software industry. We are looking for a Business Analyst who will be responsible for translating business needs into actionable data insights and supporting decision-making processes. In this role, you will work closely with our technical, product development teams, and clients to identify opportunities and optimize business strategies through data analysis.

Responsibilities：
1. Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to understand business needs and translate business questions into actionable analytical tasks.
2. Perform business analysis and root cause analysis to identify key business issues and provide practical recommendations for improvement.
3. Design intuitive dashboards and KPI reporting solutions that effectively communicate business performance and support decision-making.
4. Collect, clean, analyze, and visualize data to generate actionable business insights.
5. Develop and maintain business reports, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery.
6. Work closely with Product, Engineering, and cross-functional teams to ensure analytical requirements are effectively implemented.
