Job Description

8+ years of IT Business Analysis experience
Proven experience with data architecture/mapping, data flow diagrams, erds, master data management, BO reports, ETL, etc.
Project experience with Field Data Capture systems (e.g. PVR, Fieldview, etc.)
Upstream Oil and Gas experience (ideally in Production Management/Operations domain)
Proficiency and experience with MS Visio and the Microsoft Office Suite
Familiarity with the use of MS Project, Livelink, SharePoint would be beneficial
Initiative and self-motivation
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Well-developed team skills with a collaborative work style
Process oriented with ability to discuss, advise, coordinate and document processes
Strong organizational skills (especially as it relates to prioritizing and managing multiple tasks)
Solid analytical, problem solving and decision making skills
Exceptional negotiation skills with ability to solve problems and balance varying needs
