- The BA Emergency Evaluator responsible for conducting thorough assessments and evaluations of individuals experiencing behavioral health crises. This role is critical in providing immediate support and determining the appropriate level of care and intervention required to stabilize clients in emergency situations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations of clients presenting in crisis to determine the nature and severity of their behavioral health needs.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement crisis intervention plans tailored to individual client needs.
- Provide immediate support and stabilization services to clients experiencing acute behavioral health issues.
- Document client assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes accurately and in a timely manner in accordance with center policies and procedures.
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and other stakeholders to ensure understanding of evaluation outcomes and recommended interventions.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of best practices in crisis intervention and behavioral health care.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge relevant to emergency behavioral health evaluation.
- Ensure compliance with all legal, ethical, and regulatory standards in the provision of emergency behavioral health services.
