Summary
Back End Developer in Puchong, Malaysia, designing, building, and maintaining multiple web applications through the full SDLC. Core stack is ASP.NET/MVC with C# or VB.NET, MS SQL Server (T-SQL, LINQ/Entity Framework), plus client-side JavaScript/jQuery and RESTful/WCF API integration.
Job Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, maintain, and support multiple web application projects across diverse platforms and technologies.
- Work closely with project teams throughout the full software development lifecycle, including design, requirements analysis, implementation, coding, and testing.
- Produce clean, well-organized, and well-documented code in accordance with company standards and industry best practices.
- Ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions with strong performance, stability, and reliability.
Job Requirements
- Diploma, Advanced Diploma, Bachelors Degree, Postgraduate Diploma, or Professional qualification in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in web application development.
- Strong proficiency in ASP.NET (version 4.0 or above) and MVC frameworks.
- Experience in Socket Programming and T-SQL with MS SQL Server 2008 or newer.
- Proficient in VB.NET or C# programming languages.
- Knowledge of client-side technologies such as JavaScript and jQuery.
- Familiarity with HTML5, CSS3, and responsive web design principles.
- Hands-on experience integrating RESTful APIs or WCF Web Services.
- Experience using LINQ to SQL or Entity Framework for data access and ORM.
- Working knowledge of version control systems such as Git or Bitbucket.
