Back End Developer

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Backend Developer with strong experience in backend software development to design, develop, and maintain reliable, scalable, and high-performance backend applications using .NET 9, APIs, domain services, business logic, and backend integrations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain backend applications using .NET 9.
• Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and backend services.
• Design and implement domain services and business logic based on application requirements.
• Develop scalable, secure, and high-performance backend solutions.
• Integrate backend systems with internal and external applications, services, and third-party APIs.
• Design and implement database interactions and data-access layers.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve backend application issues and technical defects.
• Collaborate with frontend developers, QA engineers, product teams, and other stakeholders to deliver reliable software solutions.
• Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
• Implement proper error handling, logging, validation, and exception management.
• Support application deployment and troubleshooting across development, testing, and production environments.
• Contribute to improving backend architecture, performance, scalability, and overall application quality.
• Maintain technical documentation for APIs, services, integrations, and backend components.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of professional experience in Backend Software Development.
• Strong hands-on experience with .NET / .NET 9 development.
• Strong knowledge of C#, object-oriented programming, and backend development principles.
• Experience developing and integrating RESTful APIs.
• Strong understanding of domain-driven services, business logic, and application architecture.
• Experience working with relational databases and SQL.
• Experience with backend integrations and third-party APIs/services.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and development best practices.
• Experience with Git and version control systems.
• Understanding of application security, authentication, authorization, and API security.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in an onsite environment in Karachi.
