Back-End Developer

About the role

Design, develop, maintain, and optimize back-end systems (POS, RTSP/4PL, and related platforms) to ensure high performance, reliability, and scalability, while resolving production issues and supporting new business requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement new features or requirements for POS and RTSP/4PL systems to support evolving business needs.

• Provide technical support and resolve production issues to minimize system downtime and ensure business continuity.

• Monitor system performance and stability, implementing preventive measures to ensure uninterrupted operations.

• Optimize and refactor existing code and system architecture to improve efficiency, maintainability, and scalability.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Front-End, QA, DevOps, Product Owners) to deliver seamless system integration.

• Maintain proper documentation for system changes, enhancements, and issue resolutions.

• Participate in code reviews and contribute to best practices in software development.

Qualification

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

• 2–5 years of experience in back-end software development.

• Strong proficiency in Java, C#, Python, or Node.js.

• Experience with databases (SQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).

• Familiarity with system monitoring tools and debugging techniques.

• Knowledge of system optimization and refactoring best practices.

• Good problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
