Back-End Developer

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Back-End Developer to build, maintain, and optimise server-side applications, databases, and integrations that power our internal systems and client websites.

Develop and maintain server-side logic, APIs, and databases.

Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with back-end systems.

Ensure applications are secure, scalable, and high-performing.

Manage data storage solutions and implement best practices for database optimisation.

Troubleshoot and debug back-end issues, implementing fixes promptly.

Maintain documentation for code, APIs, and systems.

Stay up to date with emerging back-end technologies, frameworks, and security practices.

Diploma/Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

2–3 years’ experience in back-end development.

Proficiency in server-side languages like PHP, Python, or Node.js, and frameworks such as Laravel, Django, or Express.

Strong understanding of databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, or similar).

Familiarity with version control tools (e.g., Git).

Knowledge of security principles and data protection best practices.

Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Work on diverse and technically challenging projects for multiple industries.
