The Role
Your responsibilities will include:
Work with developers to build algorithms and develop end-user functionality.
Produce clean, efficient, safe, and quality code based on specifications.
Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade the system in various environments.
Work within an agile environment to deliver against a backlog.
Contribute to continuous improvement through agile processes.
Create concise technical documentation.
Your Background
Essential Qualifications:
BSc in Computer Science, BEng in Software Engineering, or similar.
Proven 5+ years experience as a Software Developer or similar role.
Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
Experience with the following technologies: C# .NET Core, ASP.NET, Entity
Framework, Web API.
Experience with database technologies: SQL Server.
Experience with unit testing frameworks.
Experience with microservice architectures and containerisation: Docker, Kubernetes.
Familiarity with Linux systems.
Customer facing and interaction skills
Good communication
Ability to work and manage offshore teams
Desirable Experience:
· Game development experience.
