What You'll Bring:
- 6+ years of software development experience
- Strong expertise in Python (preferred) or another object-oriented language
- Hands-on experience with Microservices & Distributed Systems
- Strong RDBMS fundamentals (Transactions, Locking, Isolation Levels, Deadlocks)
- RabbitMQ or similar message brokers
- GitHub/Git and Unix/Linux environments
Nice to Have:
- Cloud computing experience (AWS/Azure/GCP)
- Experience integrating with Payroll Providers or Time & Attendance platforms
Education Requirement:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field from a Canadian or US university.
