I’m hiring for a fast-growing sports data & trading technology company building infrastructure that processes high-volume, real-time data from hundreds of bookmakers and powers sophisticated risk and trading systems.
We’re looking for a Backend Engineer to join the team and work on the Risk Management Platform.
What you’ll be doing:
→ Building scalable backend services and REST/WebSocket APIs
→ Designing high-throughput data ingestion and processing pipelines
→ Working with TypeScript, PostgreSQL & ClickHouse
→ Improving performance, observability and resilience
→ Contributing to architecture and technical decisions
→ Owning problems end-to-end and shipping things that matter
You’ll likely be a strong fit if you have:
• 3+ years of backend engineering experience
• Strong TypeScript skills
• Solid API and relational database experience
• A knack for solving complex technical problems
• An autonomous, ownership-driven mindset
Bonus points for experience with:

⚡ Redis/Valkey
⚡ zstd / MessagePack
⚡ Performance optimisation at scale
⚡ Sports, betting or trading systems
⚡ React and a willingness to jump across the stack
