Back End Development Lead

• Take ownership of the whole project and be responsible for all back end development activities related to this client
• Cooperate with the Product Owner to plan sprints and make sure that the software development and business initiatives are in synergy
• Lead and mentor the team of 4 junior developers in Pazardzhik
• Follow and implement the best Scrum practices

• 3+ years of experience with PHP (Laravel)
• Leadership and people management skills
• Be a nice person and have a team-oriented mindset
