Back-end Engineer

- Design, develop, and maintain server-side functionality with Ruby on Rails
- Build and maintain APIs, services, and data models
- Optimize performance and scalability of applications
- Ensure security and data integrity in back-end processes
- Collaborate with front-end developers and team members to deliver seamless experiences
- 5+ years of back-end development experience
- Expertise in Ruby on Rails
- Experience with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL)
- Experience with API development and integration
- Strong understanding of back-end best practices and deployment pipelines
- Strong communication skills in both spoken and written English
- Startup experience
- Experience with Elasticsearch, Opensearch, Redis
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent
