Kendrick Recruitment is seeking an experienced and organised Back of House Manager to join a luxury hospitality collection in Botswana. The ideal candidate will have strong operational and people-management experience, with a proven ability to maintain high standards across back-of-house functions within a luxury hospitality environment.

Requirements

• Previous Back of House management or supervisory experience within a luxury hotel, lodge or hospitality environment
  
• Strong understanding of back-of-house operations and procedures
  
• Proven staff management and leadership experience
  
• Excellent organisational and administrative skills
  
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high operational standards
  
• Good knowledge of health, safety and hygiene requirements
  
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure
  
• Proactive, hands-on and solutions-focused approach
  
• Comfortable working in a remote hospitality environment
  
• Passion for maintaining exceptional luxury service standards
