Responsibilities:
- Lead and support team members during shifts.
- Ensure quality, speed, and accuracy across all operations.
- Train, coach, and develop team members.
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and food safety standards.
- Handle guest concerns and ensure a positive experience.
- Support scheduling, inventory, and daily operations.
- Support daily operations in both kitchen and front-of-house.
- Prepare food and assist with orders.

- Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the restaurant.
- Follow all food safety and company standards.
Requirements:
- Previous leadership or restaurant experience preferred.
