Back Office (Java) Developer, Brazil

We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Developer to work on an international project with our automotive client!
Responsibilities:
- Understand the client's business problems and pain points;
- Write high-quality software code;
- Help solve business problems;
- Work with multidisciplinary teams following an agile delivery model;
- Mentor and empower the team, coaching successors;
- Deep communication in English, participate in meetings and review and write technical documents in English.
Requirements:
- Advanced English communication
- Proven experience of over +4 years in Java, Spring Boot, Snowflakes, REST API
- Strong understanding of Agile principles and methodologies.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to motivate and inspire team members to achieve their best.
- Ability to work within a diverse set of client stakeholders.
- Comfortability with owning team's production release management requirements.
- Problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
- Experience with project management tools and Agile data development practices.
