You Will

• Design, build, and maintain core backend infrastructures
• Architect scalable, modern, cloud-native flows
• Own backend systems from design to deployment and monitoring
• Help shape backend standards and long-term technical decisions
• Collaborate in fast-paced, daily brainstorming with a technical founding team

Requirements

• 6+ years of backend development experience
• Deep understanding of software architecture & performance optimization
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP)
• Proficiency in Python - for designing and running production backend systems
• Experience with data systems / ETLs, and real-world production loads
• Comfortable working autonomously, but also collaborating tightly with a small team

Bonus Experience

• Strong background in Data Engineering, DevOps or distributed systems - advantage
• Fluency in at least one more major backend language (e.g. Go, Node…) - advantage
• Work involving LLMs embeddings, or neural network inference pipelines - advantage
• Projects involving Video Analytics NNs / Classic Algos (Computer Vision) - advantage
• Previous experience in early-stage startups or building 0→1 systems - advantage
