This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Backend Developer - Contract based in India.
As a Backend Developer, you will join a collaborative engineering team for a four-month contract focused on building reliable, scalable backend solutions. You will design and develop Python-based services, RESTful APIs, and microservice architectures supporting modern cloud environments. The role offers hands‑on exposure to Microsoft Azure, with opportunities to work across cloud deployment, automation, testing, and infrastructure. You will contribute throughout the development lifecycle, from architecture discussions and implementation to testing, deployment, and code reviews. Working in an Agile/Scrum environment, you will collaborate with engineers and cross-functional stakeholders in English.
